REGIONAL MOVERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF REGIONAL MOVERS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12. Termination

Regional Movers reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Site, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Site or to Regional Movers' interests.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in Florida for any disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site.

14. Class Action Waiver

All claims and disputes arising under these Terms must be resolved on an individual basis. You agree not to participate in any class, collective, or representative action against Regional Movers.

15. Short Code SMS Policy

Regional Movers may use Short Code SMS to provide updates and information related to your move. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to receive these messages. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to the shortcode number.

16. Copyright Infringement

Regional Movers respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that your work has been copied and is accessible on the Site in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please notify our Copyright Agent at legal@regionalmovers.us with the required information under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in Florida before a single arbitrator. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This clause shall not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction.

You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the Site any material that violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane, or otherwise objectionable, encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability, or otherwise violates any law.
